Refund policy
When you can get your money back, and how refund rules are shown before you pay.

Every listing states its refund rule
Each listing uses one of four refund rules. It is shown on the offer page and at checkout, and saved with your order so it can’t change after you buy.
- Refundable until revealed. Full refund any time before you reveal the code or key. After it is revealed, refunds are possible only if it does not work.
- Refundable within a set window. Request a refund within the stated number of days of delivery.
- Refund if not delivered. Full refund if the order is not delivered as described or on time.
- Final sale. Not refundable once delivered, unless the offer does not work as described.
When you can always ask for a refund
Whatever the listing’s rule, you can request a refund for an item that:
- was not delivered, or not within the time the listing stated;
- was a code or key that was invalid when you received it; or
- was not as described in the listing.
Codes and keys you have revealed
Codes and keys stay hidden in your order until you reveal them. For listings that are refundable until revealed, you can get a full refund any time before you reveal the code. After you reveal it, a refund is possible only if it does not work.
Seller-fulfilled offers and subscriptions
The seller must deliver or activate within the time stated on the listing. If they miss it, you can cancel the item from your order for a full refund.
How to request one
- Open the order and choose the item.
- Choose a reason and add details, such as the error message you saw.
- We review the request, contact the seller if needed, and tell you the decision. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider.
What isn't covered
A change of mind after a code is revealed or a service is delivered is not covered unless the listing’s rule allows it. Offers you were not eligible for, where the listing stated the eligibility rule, may not be refundable. Your rights under consumer law where you live are not affected.
